It is not a problem if you have a “sad” face near SourceEA (on Source platform) but please make sure that you have a “smiley” face near ReceiverEA (on Receiver platform).
If you have a “sad” face near ReceiverEA then please open EA settings (select the chart and press F7 button on keyboard), switch to “Common” tab and activate “Allow live trading” option.
