Probably you've opened EA settings by double-clicking on EA name in "Navigator" window. In this case MT4 platform replaces all EA settings with default values. 
If you want to change EA properties please select the chart with Forex Copier EA, press F7 button (or right-click on chart-> Expert Advisors -> Properties) and switch to "Inputs" tab.
This question is related to Forex Copier Professional and Forex Copier Multiacount versions. If you use Forex Copier 2 program you can change settings by clicking “Settings” button on Source or Receiver account.
After you change settings please click "Apply Scheme" button to apply these new settings.
